So today I'm going to be talking to you about how to pick a good realtor.

The first step in picking a good realtor is to just pick me! I'm just playing. No, I'm not. I'm a really good realtor, but let me tell you how to know that you're looking at a good realtor.

So the first thing is that they're accessible. If you call your real estate agent, they get back to you at least within the day or the very next day. Also they're knowledgeable about the real estate market and about your local area. That's important. A good real estate agent will follow up with you. If you have questions or concerns, they're sure to get back to you in a timely manner.

Also one of my favorites... A good realtor listens to you. They want to know who you are and why you are buying or selling your house.

​And my all time favorite is a good real estate agent is also a realtor, because realtors are held to a high professional standards and they follow and are beholden to a code of ethics.
